Local Supply Solutions LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides procurement, supply, and delivery of locally sourced goods. All orders must be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated, and payment is due within [e.g., 30] days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest and administrative charges. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery, and ownership of goods remains with us until payment is received in full. Return requests must be submitted within [e.g., 14] days of delivery and will only be accepted for unused goods in original condition. Custom or perishable items are non-returnable. Approved refunds will be processed within [e.g., 10] business days. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, supply chain disruptions, or natural disasters. These Terms are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
